Spices America offers only proven spice recipes. These sausage recipes are in use at the better hotels and restaurants of Las Vegas Nevada. We are proud of the fact that our products have been served here for almost 25 years. These custom mixtures are the sole property of Spices America and cannot be duplicated by any other company.

Each spice mixture is carefully hand measured and blended using "state of the art" scales and blending equipment. Pork Breakfast Sausage: Down home flavor for a hearty breakfast

Hot Italian Sausage: Also great in spaghetti, on pizza or a sausage sandwich.

Mild Italian Sausage: Milder version, same great flavor.

Cajun Sausage: Zesty & Spicy use also for barbecue or it is great for flavoring casseroles and soups.

Sausage Spice Mixtures

Spices America mixtures include a line of custom cooked sausage spice mixtures. These mixtures offer a unique and challenging experience for the home sausage maker. These mixtures contain a preservative. This gives the added advantage of extended shelf life of the product. These products require cooking and with a little ingenuity can usually be done right in your own oven at home. Although these products may be a little trickier to get right, Spices America will provide you with the know how to do everything. Polish Sausage: Fashioned after a European favorite.

Portuguese Sausage: Favorite in the Orient and Polynesian Islands. Delicious.

Andouille Sausage: Smoked sausage delicately seasoned used in the Bayou for jambalaya gumbo etc.

German Style Knackwurst: A proven spice recipe from the "Old Country".

Summer Sausage: Hunters favorite for venison or elk.

Pepperoni Sausage: Hunters favorite for Elk, Deer, Antelope or Moose.

We supply two types of sausage spice mixtures, fresh sausage and cooked sausage. The fresh variety is intended to be mixed, cooked and used as needed. The cooked variety is supplied with cure (Sodium Nitrite) to be added in the mixing stage. These mixtures are intended to be pre-cooked in an oven or smoker. These mixes contain an additive to aid the curing process.

Bulk Spices

Our spices are purchased from "spice merchants" located at the point of origin. Whether its Fennel or Anise from Pakistan or Turkey, or Paprika from Spain, the representatives are right there to choose only the highest quality spices available. Spices America buys only in small quantities to ensure maximum freshness. Our spices do not sit in warehouses for months on end; we order fresh spices every other week.
